David C., now twelve years old, because of its refusal to involuntarily terminate the parental rights of appellee, the natural father of David C. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the decree and contends the record does not support the orphans court conclusion that involuntary termination of parental rights pursuant to section 311(1) of the Adoption Act was not justified because the natural father had not "refused or failed to perform parental duties" or "evidenced a settled purpose of relinquishing parental claim." We agree with appellant and reverse the decree of the orphans court.
